Our standard: excellence or nothing. If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back to fix it free.

Lansing · East Lansing · Okemos · Haslett · Holt · DeWitt · Delta Township · Grand Ledge. Outside these areas? Ask — a $15 travel fee applies beyond 15 miles.
Questions
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients provide a key or door code; we'll agree on access when you book.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes — we bring our own equipment and products. If you prefer specific products, just let us know.
How is my price set?
By home size, condition and frequency for homes; by square footage and visits per week for businesses. You get a firm quote before booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free rescheduling with 48 hours' notice. Later cancellations or lockouts incur a $50 fee.
How do I pay?
By card or bank via a secure online invoice (Stripe or PayPal) after each clean, or monthly for business contracts.
What about insurance and coverage?
Ask us about our coverage. Sharon is happy to answer any questions before your first clean.
